When a loved one passes away peacefully in the hospital, family members are often overwhelmed by grief and uncertainty. The following is a clear and complete guide to help you manage all essential procedures calmly and ensure that the Nirvana agent MeowSifu & Nirvana Care team can provide timely assistance when you need it most.

1）接获医院通知后立即行动
Immediate Action upon Notification

医院通知往生消息后，请尽快前往医院，并立即联络：📞 012-212 3273（喵师傅）Melvin Choong

抵达医院后，请告知院方与亲属：
➡️ 往生者已有事前规划（如富贵生命圆满契约）。
➡️ 也请家属其他成员可以准备好陪葬衣物、灵堂与灵车使用的大头照。

After the hospital informs you of the passing, please proceed to the hospital as soon as possible and immediately contact: 📞 012-212 3273 (Meowsifu) Melvin Choong

Upon arrival, please inform the hospital staff and your relatives that:
➡️ The deceased had already made pre-planning arrangements (such as the Nirvana Life Plan).
➡️ Family members should prepare the burial clothing and a large portrait photo for use at the altar and in the hearse.

2）前往停尸间办公室领取「葬纸」
Obtain the “Permit Perkuburan” from the Mortuary Office

护士将在家属陪同下把往生者送往停尸间。家属需前往：
➡️ 医院柜台结清相关费用
➡️ 停尸间办公室领取 Permit Perkuburan（葬纸）

领取后请立即拍照并发送给 Melvin Choong（喵师傅），以便富贵关怀团队安排接领遗体至 富贵生命馆或 富贵纪念馆。

The nurse, accompanied by the family, will transfer the deceased to the mortuary. Family members will need to:
➡️ Settle the outstanding hospital fees at the hospital counter
➡️ Proceed to the mortuary office to collect the Permit Perkuburan (burial permit)

After receiving it, immediately take a photo and send it to Melvin Choong (MeowSifu) so that the Nirvana Care team can arrange the transfer of the remains to Nirvana Memorial Centre or Nirvana Centre Kuala Lumpur

3）等待富贵关怀团队到来（到医院停尸间接领遗体）
Wait for the Nirvana Care Team to Arrive (collect the remains from the hospital mortuary)

富贵关怀团队将前往医院停尸间，
➡️ 专业接领遗体
➡️ 护送至富贵纪念馆（Sg Besi）或富贵生命馆（Kuala Lumpur）

The Nirvana Care team will arrive at the hospital mortuary to professionally transfer the deceased to Nirvana Memorial Centre, Sg Besi or Nirvana Center Kuala Lumpur.

4）遗体抵达后的专业程序
Professional Care Upon Arrival

遗体送达富贵生命馆／富贵纪念馆 后，富贵关怀团队（如：白衣天使）将进行：净身*、换衣*、入殓程序。所有程序由专业人员负责，确保仪式庄重体面。

Upon arrival at Nirvana Memorial Center or Nirvana Center Kuala Lumpur, Nirvana Care team (ie White Lady) will conduct preparation procedures such as cleansing, dressing and encoffinment, handled with utmost respect and professionalism.**

5）前往会面并确认仪式
Brefing session by deicated Nirvana Care Service Consultant

按约定时间，到 富贵生命馆／富贵纪念馆 与富贵关怀经理会面与详谈，内容包括：

讲解之前购买的富贵「富贵生命圆满契约」所包含的服务
3天2夜追思流程说明
家属选择的宗教仪式
索取亡者照片（灵堂与灵车使用）

At the agreed time, meet our Nirvana Care service consultant at Nirvana Memorial Center or Nirvana Center Kuala Lumpur. They will:

Explain the services covered under your preplanned “Nirvana Life Plan”
Walk you through the 3D2N funeral service arrangements
Confirm your preferred religious rites
Collect a photo of the deceased for the altar and hearse

6）准备讣闻文档
Obituary Preparation

待资料、照片齐全后，富贵关怀团队会制作 讣闻文档，方便家属通知亲友。

Once the information and photo are provided, the Nirvana Care team will prepare the obituary notice, which the family can use to inform relatives and friends.

**The below stated are based on regular case only. Case may be different; therefore our Nirvana Service Consultant will advise further when they received case form Melvin Choong.
