1）提前联系喵师傅
Contact MeowSifu in Advance

当医生同意让家属接亲人回家时，就可以先联络喵师傅。
喵师傅也会先向家属说明需准备的基本物品与相关文件，让家属做好心理与实际准备。

Once the doctor agrees to discharge your loved one and allow them to return home, you may contact MeowSifu.
He will brief you on the items and documents needed, helping your family prepare ahead.

2）往生当下立即通知
Inform us Immediately Upon Passing

当亲人离开后，请马上联系喵师傅，以便我们能第一时间安排后续流程。

When your loved one has passed on, notify MeowSifu right away so that arrangements can be made promptly.

3）保持遗体原位并调低温度
Do Not Move the Body & Keep the Room Cold

切勿移动亡者身体，同时将房间冷气开至最大，保持环境低温以保护遗体状态。

Avoid moving the deceased. Turn on the air-conditioning to the lowest temperature to preserve the condition of the body.

4）联系 999 确认死因
Call 999 for Death Confirmation

拨打 999。救护人员会到场确认死亡并开立一张 Death Slip（死亡确认单）。

Dial 999. Paramedics will arrive to confirm the death and issue a Death Slip.

5）前往警局报案
Lodge a Police Report

家属（通常是儿子或直系家属）需携带：自己的身份证、救护人员刚刚开的 Death Slip 与亡者身份证。到警局报案并领取：报案纸 与 Permit Perkuburan（埋葬或火化准证）

取得文件后拍照发给喵师傅，并尽快回家（等待富贵关怀团到来）

A family member (usually the son or next of kin) must bring: Self's NRIC (MyKad), The Death Slip & the deceased’s NRIC (MyKad). Go to the police station to lodge a report. The police will provide: A police report & Permit Perkuburan (burial / cremation permit)

Take photos of the documents and send them to MeowSifu, then return home promptly.

6）等待富贵关怀团队到来
Wait for the Nirvana Care Team

富贵关怀团队将到家中，将亡者护送至 富贵生命馆 或 富贵纪念馆 进行后续安排。

The Nirvana Care team will come to your home to professionally transfer the deceased to Nirvana Memorial Centre, Sg Besi or Nirvana Center Kuala Kumpur.

7）遗体抵达后的专业程序
Professional Care Upon Arrival

遗体送达富贵生命馆／富贵纪念馆 后，富贵关怀团队将进行：净身*、换衣*、入殓程序
所有程序由专业人员负责，确保仪式庄重体面。

Upon arrival at Nirvana Memorial Center or Nirvana Center Kuala Lumpur, Nirvana Care team will conduct preparation procedures such as cleansing, dressing and encoffinment, handled with utmost respect and professionalism.**

8）前往纪念馆或生命馆会面并确认仪式
Meet the Nirvana Care Service Consultant

按约定时间，到 富贵生命馆／富贵纪念馆 与富贵关怀经理会面与详谈，内容包括：

• 讲解之前购买的富贵「生命圆满契约」所包含的服务

• 3天2夜追思流程说明

• 家属选择的宗教仪式

• 索取亡者照片（灵堂与灵车使用）
  

At the agreed time, meet the Nirvana Care Service Consultant for a briefing session at the Nirvana Memorial Center or Nirvana Center Kuala lumpur. They will:

• Explain the services covered under your preplanned “Nirvana Life Plan”

• Walk you through the 3D2N funeral service arrangements

• Confirm your preferred religious rites

• Collect a photo of the deceased for the altar and hearse

9）准备讣闻文档
Obituary Preparation

待资料、照片齐全后，富贵关怀团队会制作 讣闻文档，方便家属通知亲友。

Once the information and photo are provided, our Nirvana Care team will prepare the obituary notice, which the family can use to inform relatives and friends.
